THE 4 WAY STOP:
It's not difficult, whoever gets there first has the right of way. I know in drivers ed. there was a question that was something like...If 4 cars get to a 4 way stop at the same time, who has the right of way?? THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!!! So please if you know how to go through a 4 way stop kudos to you. If you are one of those drivers who gets to a 4 way stop and sits there, then make your decision on when to go based on movement.....GET OFF THE ROAD.
Most likely if you did not agree with the above statement, you should probably GET OFF THE ROAD

Somehow drivers in Gaffney do not know the procedure. From what I can see, they think that the driver going straight has the right of way. I also get frustrated with this. Another thing that drives me crazy is the non use of directional signals. Be caareful out there!!
